Sweet, Wholegrain oat flakes

Oat flake & apple porridge

Sprinkle the oat flakes into the boiling milk and boil for 10 minutes. Use non-dairy milk if preferred. Add the thinly diced apples and other ingredients and stew on an even heat, lid on, for a further 5 minutes. Add butter before serving. Garnish with your favourite berries, sliced banana and almonds. Scatter flax seeds on top and enjoy!


Milk 1 l
Helen wholegrain oat flakes 1.5 glasses
Apples 500 g
Butter 1 tablespoon
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Berries, slice bananas, almonds and flax seeds to serve
