Sweet, Wholegrain oat flakes

Oat flake & plum porridge

Bring the salted water to the boil and add the oat flakes. Thinly slice the plums and add to the porridge mix. Boil for around 5 minutes. Add sugar to taste and garnish with fresh berries and desiccated coconut.

Soft stoneless plums 100 g
Helen wholegrain oat flakes 450 g
Sugar 500 g
Salt ¾ of a teaspoon
Berries and desiccated coconut to serve
