Rhubarb & berry porridge

Add the diced rhubarb, sugar and salt to the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes. Add the rice flakes and boil for a further 3 minutes. Allow to stew. Garnish with mixed berries and sliced fruit and any herbs you like.

Diced rhubarb 200 g
Helen rice flakes 400-500 g
Sugar 100 g
Berries, sliced fruit and herbs to serve
