Whisk the egg, adding the honey, cinnamon, milk and mixed grain flakes before pouring into an oven dish. Add the cranberries, sprinkle the coconut on top and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with Greek yoghurt or milk and berries. Add a little extra cinnamon and/or honey when serving if desired.
