Sweet, Wholegrain oat flakes

Chocolate porridge

Warm the milk and add the oat flakes and sugar & cocoa mix and blend together. Boil for around 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt to taste. Serve with Greek yoghurt and shards of chocolate.

INGREDIENTS

Milk 1 l
Helen wholegrain oat flakes 400 g
Cocoa 3 tablespoons
Sugar 100 g
Salt 1 teaspoon
Peanut butter and shards of chocolate to serve
