Mixed grain porridge

Add the mixed grain flakes to the boiling water or milk. Boil for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then stew, lid on, for a further 2 minutes. Add salt to taste. Garnish with parsley, mixed nuts and seeds to serve.
