Instant oat flake porridge

Add the instant oat flakes to the boiling water or milk. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Then stew, lid on, for a further 2 minutes. Add salt to taste. Garnish with fresh or frozen berries, a sprig of lemon balm and desiccated coconut.

MAKES 2 SERVINGS

Water or milk 500 ml
Helen instant oat flakes 250 g
Berries, lemon balm and desiccated coconut to serve
