Buckwheat porridge

Add the buckwheat flakes to the boiling water or milk. Boil for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Then stew, lid on, for a further 1-2 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve with the sliced champignons and avocado. Sprinkle the parsley on top.

Helen buckwheat flakes 300 g
Champignons, avocado and parsley to serve
