Oven-baked porridge

Whisk the egg, adding the honey, cinnamon, milk and mixed grain flakes before pouring into an oven dish. Add the cranberries, sprinkle the coconut on top and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.

 

Serve with Greek yoghurt or milk and berries. Add a little extra cinnamon and/or honey when serving if desired.

MAKES 1 SERVING

Helde mixed grain flakes with cranberry, coconut and apple 100 g
Milk 100 g
Egg 1
Honey 1-2 teaspoons
Pinch of ground cinnamon
Fresh or frozen cranberries 1 tablespoon
Desiccated coconut 1 tablespoon
Berries, Greek yoghurt and/or a little milk to serve
