Heat the pan, add the coconut oil and fry the flake mix until golden brown. (Keep the pan on a moderate heat so as not to burn the flakes.) Add the honey and fry, stirring, for another minute. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the muesli to cool and become crisp. Layer the muesli, yoghurt and berries or fruit in the jar. Use muesli for the top-most layer, garnishing it with goji and other berries and desiccated coconut.
