Chicken & cottage cheese patties with mixed grain flakes

Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Mix all of the ingredients together to a good patty consistency. Allow to stand for 20 minutes before frying. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Garlic cloves 2
Chicken mince 300 g
Cottage cheese 150 g
Helde mixed grain flakes with seeds & carrot 100 g
Medium-sized eggs 2
Water 0,5 dl
Freshly chopped dill tbsp
Salt & black pepper
Oil for frying
