Smoothie porridge a.k.a. raw porridge with berries
Place the banana, frozen berries, kefir and mixed grain flakes in a blender and blitz until they form a thick raw porridge. Add honey to taste, if necessary. Spoon into bowls, garnish and enjoy!

100 g
Kefir
200 ml
Helde mixed grain flakes with apple and blackcurrant
40 g
Honey (if desired)
Strawberries, flaked almonds, chia seeds, fresh peppermint or any other garnish of your choice
