Flax seed & blackcurrant smoothie

Flax seeds and blackcurrants are great for your health. Here is a recipe that uses both to make one delicious smoothie. Blitz all of the ingredients and pour into a glass. Sprinkle some dried berries on top and enjoy!

Helde mixed grain flakes with apple and blackcurrant 50 g
Grüne Fee peppermint 25 g
Pear 240 g
Avocado 120 g
Frozen blackcurrants 50 g
Banana 140 g
Water 500 ml
Ice cubes 4
Dried berries to garnish
