Mash the banana with a fork. Mix all of the ingredients together. Line an oven tray with baking paper and spoon out the mixture in cookie-sized amounts, flattening with the fork. Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes.

Peanut butter
2 tablespoons
Flaked almonds
3 tablespoons
Cinnamon
½ a teaspoon
Maple syrup or liquid honey
1 tablespoon
