The FSSC 22000 standard is fully recognised by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) and is of the same high level as other GFSI-recognised standards.<\/p>\n\n<p>The international FSSC 22000 standard covers all stages of the production and supply of food-related products, from the purchase and processing of raw materials to production and packaging, and finally transport and sales.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sangaste Linnas AS, the producer Helen\u2019s flakes, is a unique flake factory in Estonia, which uses German high-tech automated equipment. We\u2019ve been delighting porridge lovers for a quarter of a century under the Helen trademark.
